Manage client relationships for defined benefit retirement plans: oversee annual administration and compliance, assist onboarding, document client interactions, explain technical plan concepts, identify sales opportunities, resolve service conflicts, and collaborate across teams to deliver accurate plan reports and documents.

Provide excellent customer service and follow detailed processes while supporting retirement plan administration and compliance for employer-sponsored plans in collaboration with financial professionals.

Manage relationships with retirement plan sponsors and financial advisors, handle onboarding and annual administration tasks, communicate compliance and technical concepts clearly, identify internal sales opportunities, and maintain service standards and documentation.

Perform defined contribution plan administration and compliance tasks including census collection, nondiscrimination testing, 5500 reporting, allocations, participant statements, vesting and contribution calculations, data collection/verification, coordinating with recordkeepers and investment providers, and supporting cross-departmental client deliverables.
