Lead client-facing omnichannel marketing benchmark and advisory engagements for biopharma clients. Manage projects end-to-end, collect and analyze headcount/budget/skills data, author benchmark reports with recommendations, advise on omnichannel strategy, content, MarTech, analytics and governance, run client summits, identify business development opportunities, and contribute to solution innovation and marketing collateral.

Lead and expand TGaS account portfolio by advising Commercial Operations leaders, growing revenue across 10–12 accounts, overseeing multi-solution benchmarks, developing account business plans, partnering with solution leads and Trinity teams, and positioning as an industry thought leader to identify and close new opportunities.
