The Exercise Specialist provides exercise and education to improve patients' functional capacity and psychosocial status in accordance with relevant standards.

Transports patients safely and courteously between nursing units, diagnostic areas, and other medical center departments. Operates designated elevators and transport equipment, communicates with dispatchers and clinical staff, reports delays or safety concerns, protects patient privacy under HIPAA, and follows hospital policies. The role requires reliability, professionalism, teamwork, strong communication, and a patient-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee all hospitality functions for a senior living community, ensuring professional customer service and an exceptional resident experience. Develop and execute hospitality initiatives, manage resident and family feedback, resolve issues, represent the community, supervise staff, and support admissions, census reporting, and resident turnover. Collaborate with leadership and home office teams while establishing the community as a senior resource.
