Provides clerical, receptionist, patient service coordination, and supervised nursing care on a telemetry unit. Performs CNA/UAP-level services supporting patients’ personal needs and comfort under licensed nurse direction. Works temporary PRN 12-hour day shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, while caring for patients across all applicable age groups.

Performs data capture, analysis, and reporting to support revenue integrity and operational efficiency. Audits charge capture processes, ensures accurate CPT/ICD-10 coding, conducts charge reconciliations, reviews quality reports, provides education to clinical staff, supports denial-related reviews, and recommends process improvements to reduce missing or duplicate charges.

Processes and resolves patient, insurance, and Medicare credit balances within hospital revenue cycle operations. Researches account discrepancies, posts payments and rejections, rebills claims, performs adjustments and write-offs, prepares refunds, documents follow-up activities, tracks payment data, and supports accurate cash posting and reconciliation. Communicates with insurance companies, patients, and internal teams while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and timely processing.
