Provides financial and management accounting support to international markets, leading planning, reporting, forecasting, commercial analysis, business cases, and strategic reviews. Partners with senior stakeholders and budget holders to interpret performance, challenge assumptions, guide decisions, maintain accurate records, and improve financial processes. Requires strong communication, commercial judgment, analytical ability, and relationship-building skills in a multicultural, multi-site environment.

Lead Trinity’s mobilisation programme for a government contract, maintaining integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, readiness assessments and governance reporting. Coordinate internal workstreams, partners, suppliers and bidder-group stakeholders; resolve dependencies and escalate risks. Establish mobilisation controls, prepare executive updates, coordinate pre-mobilisation readiness, support formal implementation after contract award, and manage transition activities into live service.

Develop and scale an AI-driven music and language learning platform using full-stack technologies including React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Python. Build new learner-facing features and authoring tools, improve production robustness, and contribute to technical decisions and engineering standards. Collaborate with AI, DevOps, data, and international development teams while using agile practices and AI-assisted development tools.
