Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations and enhancements, configure payroll solutions, develop Fast Formulas, migrate data using HDL, and create OTBI reports and dashboards. Gather requirements, design solutions, support integrations, testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and production activities. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, prepare documentation, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The role requires extensive Oracle HCM Cloud experience, strong Payroll expertise, and technical development capabilities.

Prospect and sell TriNet’s HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions to businesses with 5–99 employees. Build territory plans, generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and referral partnerships, qualify opportunities, manage complex 3–6-month sales cycles, conduct presentations, write proposals, and close business with owners and executives. Maintain sales systems, achieve quotas, and manage multiple opportunities across assigned territories.
