Serves as a senior HR advisor to leaders across business areas and regions. Develops people strategies, manages complex employee relations investigations, advises on employment law and performance matters, supports workforce and succession planning, organizational design, change initiatives, and talent development. Uses workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions while coaching managers and partnering with Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development.

Prepares and reviews complex investor remittance reports, reconciles transactions and bank cash, coordinates servicing fee accounting, and supports audits. Establishes new investor reporting processes, responds to client inquiries, participates in client meetings, trains analysts, and ensures compliance with policies. The role requires close collaboration with Treasury Reconciliation, Corporate Accounting, internal teams, and external clients while managing detailed reporting deadlines and ad hoc projects.

Supports research and analytics on economic, real estate, and financial trends. Responsibilities include organizing and evaluating data, developing quantitative and qualitative insights, maintaining internal databases, preparing market analyses, and creating content for presentations, webinars, podcasts, websites, and other communications.
