Manages software development, testing, quality, standards, upgrades, troubleshooting, security practices, and lifecycle governance. Coaches engineers, manages performance and delivery, coordinates cross-functional priorities, provides escalation support, and aligns technical execution with business strategy.

Leads two software engineering teams developing Trimedx’s clinical engineering CMMS platform. Provides technical direction, architectural oversight, people leadership, coaching, delivery prioritization, quality governance, production support, and continuous improvement. The role involves ServiceNow platform development alongside React, Snowflake, Azure, and production AI solutions, with responsibility for aligning engineering execution to business strategy and developing future organizational leadership.
