Shadow clinical, biomedical, lab, and radiology engineers to learn hospital work flows, respond to service calls, document repairs and PMs, perform preventative maintenance, inventory validation, equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and vendor interactions while following electrical safety and company procedures.

Repairs, calibrates, installs, and verifies complex medical imaging systems, including radiographic rooms, C-arms, ultrasound, and mammography equipment. Ensures radiation output, documentation, and database accuracy; troubleshoots computer and networking issues; supports clinicians, mentors colleagues, guides vendors, and manages inventory. Requires physical equipment service, lifting up to 50 pounds, and travel as needed.

Services and restores complex hospital imaging systems, including MRI, CT, and Cath Lab equipment. Diagnoses root causes, directs vendors, guides technical teams, ensures regulatory and patient-safety compliance, and mentors other engineers. The role requires strong documentation, computer diagnostics, networking fundamentals, Excel proficiency, and clear communication with clinicians. It also requires extensive imaging equipment service experience, an electronics or technical associate degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel.
