Leads two software engineering teams developing the Trimedx CMMS platform. Oversees technical direction, application architecture, ServiceNow development, React, Snowflake, Azure, and production AI solutions. Manages software development, testing, quality, standards, upgrades, troubleshooting, security practices, and lifecycle governance. Coaches engineers, manages performance and delivery, coordinates cross-functional priorities, provides escalation support, and aligns technical execution with business strategy.

Leads two software engineering teams developing Trimedx’s clinical engineering CMMS platform. Provides technical direction, architectural oversight, people leadership, coaching, delivery prioritization, quality governance, production support, and continuous improvement. The role involves ServiceNow platform development alongside React, Snowflake, Azure, and production AI solutions, with responsibility for aligning engineering execution to business strategy and developing future organizational leadership.

Leads clinical engineering operations across one or more hospital sites, managing medical equipment services, technicians, inventory, work orders, regulatory inspections, KPIs, budgets, and continuous improvement. Builds relationships with hospital executives, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders; oversees account development and service expansion; manages P&L responsibilities; and mentors and develops technical staff. Requires clinical engineering experience, people leadership, financial and operational management skills, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and preferably technical certification.
