Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts using logistics SaaS solutions. Responsibilities include driving cross-sell, upsell, and renewal revenue; building consultative relationships with logistics, procurement, IT, and executive stakeholders; leading account planning and CRM pipeline management; and coordinating tailored cloud solutions for supply chain challenges. Requires 4+ years selling logistics software, supply chain technology, or complex B2B SaaS, plus native or near-native German and C1 English.

Manage high-volume SaaS renewals for Dutch-speaking customers, developing retention strategies, reducing churn, coordinating contract signatures, communicating renewal risks, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers and sales teams. The role requires fluent Dutch, English proficiency, Salesforce and Google Workspace skills, strong organization, autonomy, and renewal or contract management experience.

Conduct hardware validation through vibration and environmental stress testing. Configure complex laboratory setups, custom harnesses, load boxes, and test infrastructure. Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical systems using laboratory instruments, execute DVP&Rs, maintain accurate test documentation, and track validation workflows in Jira. Collaborate with validation leads to coordinate lab capacity, equipment availability, and product milestones.
