Own the post-sale customer journey for Trimble AECO SaaS products: drive adoption, run business reviews, build account success plans, mitigate churn, and act as the Voice of the Customer across product and sales.

Coordinate client training sessions for Trimble software products, including scheduling, planning, documentation, follow-up, feedback evaluation, and support transfer. Respond to client enquiries by phone and email, advise on suitable training solutions, maintain customer records in Salesforce, monitor delivery deadlines, and communicate software usability issues to internal support, training, sales, and client service teams.

Drive adoption of Trimble AECO solutions in Egypt by leading technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept presentations, and customer validation. Serve as a BIM and engineering subject matter expert at industry events, partner with sales and marketing on technical strategies and localized datasets, and communicate market feedback to product teams. The role requires structural or civil engineering expertise, construction industry experience, advanced Tekla Structures proficiency, technical sales experience, and fluency in Arabic and English.
