Designs and integrates machine control systems for earthmoving and paving equipment. Responsibilities include system architecture, requirements decomposition, electronics and communication interface definition, CAN network design, product safety lifecycle coordination, risk assessments, verification support, and technical leadership. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, marketing, machine OEMs, and customers to develop safe, high-quality embedded products. Travel, including international travel, is less than 25%.

Leads global Tier 2/3 support for Oracle EBS and supports the migration to Oracle Fusion Financials. Resolves technical and functional issues across SCM, Inventory, WMS, O2C, and Financials; develops PL/SQL scripts for troubleshooting and fixes; manages Jira-based ITSM workflows and SLAs; and mentors a globally distributed support team. The role also drives operational readiness, knowledge transfer, system stability, and continuous improvement.

Lead the design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of high-performance C++ software for Linux-based machine-control and commissioning systems. Own complex technical problems, contribute to architecture, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and improve software quality and reliability. Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and distributed engineering teams to deliver embedded and real-time solutions for earthmoving automation.
