Designs and maintains Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform workflows, playbooks, roles, and job templates for federal RHEL provisioning, configuration, patching, lifecycle management, and security compliance. Automates DISA STIG and OpenSCAP remediation, integrates enterprise infrastructure and CI/CD tools, manages version-controlled automation content, troubleshoots deployments, documents solutions, and mentors team members. The role requires active Secret-or-higher or DOE Q/L clearance and supports a remote program with occasional Vancouver, Washington travel.

Provide technical consulting to federal clients on Red Hat solutions, including OpenShift, Ansible, Satellite, and RHEL. Design and optimize containerized, virtualized, hybrid-cloud environments; develop automation; support CI/CD and DevOps; manage secure Red Hat systems; troubleshoot complex issues; and deliver client training. The role also supports DHS portfolio growth, revenue targets, pipeline development, and customer expansion while collaborating with Red Hat and internal teams.

Provide Red Hat technical leadership for federal clients: design, implement, and optimize OpenShift/OpenStack environments; build Ansible automation; support CI/CD and DevOps; ensure RHEL system management and security compliance; troubleshoot complex issues; deliver training and customer collaboration.
