Provides courteous reception services in a senior living community by answering and transferring calls, assisting residents, staff, guests, and vendors with information and directions, and completing assigned clerical duties. This is a part-time position requiring work every other weekend.

Implements, maintains, monitors, and optimizes business systems, integrations, data flows, and automation solutions. Resolves root causes, leads upgrades and complex projects, and advises stakeholders on technical capabilities. Develops AI-enabled and workflow automation solutions while ensuring security, privacy, governance, testing, documentation, and responsible AI compliance. Evaluates emerging technologies and drives continuous improvement across the business systems portfolio.

Directs marketing, sales, community outreach, and resident engagement activities for a senior living community. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, tours, follow-ups, lead software updates, sales closures, occupancy and revenue goals, community events, educational seminars, professional networking, advertising, public relations, and weekly corporate reporting.
