Modernize an Azure Synapse platform and migrate workloads to Microsoft Fabric. Build metadata-driven ingestion frameworks, Fabric pipelines, Spark notebooks, validation and reconciliation processes, and Git-based CI/CD workflows. Analyze complex Synapse dependencies, implement full-load, incremental, and CDC patterns, and support medallion architecture, governance, lineage, monitoring, and security. Collaborate with client engineers through paired development, architecture discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing while using Claude Code for AI-assisted development.

Designs and refines Microsoft Fabric architectures, builds metadata-driven ingestion frameworks, migrates Azure Synapse workloads, and develops PySpark and Spark SQL pipelines. The role includes data validation, reconciliation, CDC strategies, medallion architecture, Git-based CI/CD, governance and lineage assessment, and AI-assisted development with Claude Code. The consultant collaborates directly with client engineers through paired development, code reviews, architecture decisions, and knowledge sharing.

Develop new enterprise and upper mid-market business, manage client accounts, and serve as a trusted consulting advisor. Prospect and qualify leads, collaborate with technical teams to create proposals and close SOW contracts, identify business improvement opportunities, build channel partnerships, maintain CRM records, and support localized marketing activities. The role is remote within specified target markets, includes up to 10% travel, and has no direct reports.
