Gather and document client business requirements, analyze workflows, recommend process improvements, and prepare functional requirement documents. Coordinate with Zoho implementation and development teams through implementation, testing, and UAT. Provide client training and post-implementation support while maintaining project documentation and reports.

Maintains journals, ledgers, invoices, inventory records, reconciliations, expense reports, and financial statements. Supports audits, forecasting, payment processing, credit checks, tax filings, monthly reporting, and financial data analysis while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate accounting records.

Supports day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, onboarding, documentation, employee communication, payroll data preparation, and HR records. Learns and assists with Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Recruit implementations, including configuration, data migration, testing, and user setup. Coordinates with project teams and clients, documents workflows, prepares status reports, follows up on tasks, and supports timely project execution.
