Prepare, submit, and correct insurance claims for commercial payers; verify eligibility, documentation, and patient information; process rebilling, adjustments, and refunds; respond to billing inquiries; research account discrepancies; maintain accurate records; complete reports; and follow payer and compliance requirements independently in a remote environment.

Lead Sonographer performs regular ultrasound examinations, supports technical training and staff scheduling, troubleshoots minor equipment issues, assists with STAT requests, provides clinical and technical guidance, resolves facility concerns, and escalates issues to the ultrasound director. The role also includes field orientation for new sonographers and transporting portable ultrasound equipment.

Perform mobile bedside X-ray exams at healthcare facilities and residences. Drive a company vehicle, position patients safely, follow radiation-safety procedures, ensure image quality, and upload and transmit images for interpretation. The role requires ARRT(R) certification, applicable state licensure, completion of an accredited radiologic technology program, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
