Performs complex clinical laboratory testing, specimen processing, result verification, instrument calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, quality control, and corrective action. Maintains accurate records and ensures compliance with CAP, CLIA, California regulations, and laboratory policies. Participates in proficiency testing and quality improvement initiatives, communicates with physicians and nurses, manages supplies, and supports laboratory operations in a fast-paced diagnostic environment.

Prepare and submit accurate claims, manage claim work queues, follow up with insurance carriers, investigate payment issues, respond to account inquiries, resolve payer problems, and meet productivity and quality goals. The role requires customer service, communication, typing, Microsoft Office, claims processing, and access to a dedicated home workspace with high-speed internet.
