The role supports multidisciplinary engineering projects and requires flexibility for overtime, U.S. citizenship, and drug screening.

Provides financial oversight for manufacturing projects and assigned site operations. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, variance analysis, monthly close, schedule and milestone tracking, KPI reporting, change management, risk monitoring, compliance documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams.

Supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, variance analysis, cash forecasting, KPI reporting, and working capital analysis. Prepares executive review materials, maintains financial models and dashboards, supports costing and rate reviews, and partners with operations, supply chain, accounting, and leadership on process improvements and financial performance. Analyzes and improves cross-functional business processes, documenting current practices, identifying optimization opportunities, conducting data analysis, and supporting standardized systems and workflows. The role troubleshoots business tools, develops training materials, supports change management, and assists senior leadership with requirements gathering, gap analysis, project plans, deliverables, and budgets.
