Manages TriCore’s compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and total rewards strategy. Oversees compensation cycles, job architecture, benefits administration, vendor relationships, compliance, audits, open enrollment, analytics, and Workday optimization. Advises leaders on pay decisions, develops employee communications and training, supervises staff, and partners with Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and executives to support competitive, equitable, compliant, and cost-effective rewards programs.

Provides first-level customer support to patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers through phone, email, and written inquiries. Resolves issues accurately and promptly, escalates complex complaints, meets quality and productivity metrics, and follows department policies. Requires empathy, communication, negotiation, retention, typing, multitasking, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency. The role includes laboratory terminology training, an onsite 8–12 week training period, and possible remote work afterward based on performance and business needs.
