Provides high-level service to business insurance clients, focusing on retention, relationship management, account reviews, applications, coverage updates, documentation, and ongoing product knowledge. Collaborates with clients, carriers, and underwriters while representing TRICOR in the community as a trusted insurance partner.

Processes new and renewal individual life and health insurance policies, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes. Verifies application and client data, updates records in Epic, communicates with agents and carriers, maintains reports, scans mail, and provides customer service to office guests. The role requires careful data entry, organization, multitasking, and obtaining an insurance license within 90 days if not already licensed.
