Provides day-to-day service and relationship management for business insurance clients. Responsibilities include supporting retention, maintaining client and carrier relationships, managing account documentation, reviewing accounts, submitting applications, updating coverage, expanding insurance knowledge, and representing TRICOR in the community.

Develop new personal insurance business through referrals, networking, and community involvement. Build client relationships, assess coverage needs, recommend customized solutions, conduct insurance reviews, present proposals, and collaborate with carrier and service teams. The role requires achieving production goals while delivering strong client experiences. Insurance experience is preferred but not required, and the employer supports obtaining Property and Casualty licensing.
