Leads the ISO 9001 quality system and continuous-improvement program across multiple manufacturing sites. Owns quality holds, final release decisions, audits, corrective actions, supplier and customer quality, inspection standards, and cost-of-quality reporting. Drives Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to reduce defects, rework, lead time, and cost. Partners with engineering and operations, standardizes practices across fabrication, welding, hardfacing, and machining sites, and manages the quality team.

Operate and maintain CNC and manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders) to produce precision metal parts from blueprints. Set up/calibrate machines, inspect parts with precision instruments, perform tool maintenance, follow safety and PPE protocols, handle materials, keep production records, and collaborate to troubleshoot and improve processes.

The C-Class Burner operates cutting equipment to burn and shape metal parts, interprets blueprints, inspects quality, and adheres to safety protocols.

Lead mechanical product design from concept through production, producing 3D models and 2D manufacturing and assembly drawings, ensuring compliance with standards, implementing engineering changes, and mentoring junior drafters and engineers for heavy industrial, high-wear equipment.
