Owns end-to-end data platform architecture, including warehouse design, medallion layers, ingestion, transformations, orchestration, semantic modeling, security, governance, and platform health. Establishes enterprise data standards, manages performance, cost, reliability, environments, and access controls, while serving as the technical authority for engineering teams. Partners with governance, BI, analytics, and program management teams; reviews architecture, maintains documentation, and leads the infrastructure roadmap.

The Vice President, Corporate Reporting oversees accounting operations and internal controls, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance while mentoring the accounting team.

Manages U.S. tax operations for single-family rental portfolios, including federal, state, and local tax filings for REITs, corporations, and partnerships. Oversees REIT compliance, tax estimates, distributions, notices, depreciation records, 1031 exchanges, partnership basis adjustments, tax research, planning, and ASC 740 tax provisions. Coordinates third-party providers and collaborates with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and Finance while supporting investors and maintaining tax calendars.
