Provide customer-facing technical support for Tricentis products (Tosca, qTest/Vera, NeoLoad), manage end-to-end license provisioning and delivery for SaaS, troubleshoot incidents, maintain records, onboard clients, analyze incident trends, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical and license-related issues.
