Greet patients and manage front-desk operations including registration, scheduling, patient intake, billing/insurance verification, payments, and patient flow. Handle communications (calls, messages, faxes) and process items through Salesforce/EMR, complete school/camp forms, maintain supplies, and ensure HIPAA compliance while supporting clinical staff.
