Lead full-cycle recruitment for commercial, operational, and business roles across client companies. Responsibilities include sourcing, job advertising, screening, offer closing, recruitment process design, interview scorecards, funnel analytics, stakeholder partnership, and continuous hiring optimization. The role requires an in-house mindset, ATS proficiency, data-driven decision-making, proactive problem-solving, and fluent English communication while working remotely from the CEE or Balkans region.

Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technology roles, from targeted sourcing through offer close. Design and optimize hiring processes, including scorecards, structured interviews, and funnel analytics. Partner with CTOs, engineering leaders, and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and maintain hiring velocity. Manage technical talent pipelines, ATS data, outreach strategies, and candidate experience while identifying and resolving recruiting bottlenecks.

Source and engage passive candidates through Boolean search, X-ray techniques, talent mapping, and proactive outreach. Build strategic talent pipelines, partner with recruiters and hiring managers on candidate personas and talent pools, analyze funnel conversion and sourcing ROI, monitor market trends, test sourcing channels, and improve recruiting processes. The role is fully remote but requires residence in the CEE or Balkans region, C1 English, and 3–4 years of dedicated sourcing experience.
