Conduct outbound calls using established scripts to schedule Protocol Review Appointments for a health and wellness sales team. Track appointment-setting KPIs, including appointments set, show rate, and outcomes. Participate in daily stand-ups, manager meetings, and training while working remotely with Salesforce, VOIP systems, and reliable internet and equipment. The role requires 40 hours per week beginning at 8 AM CST and emphasizes strong communication, motivation, and relationship-building skills.

Provide first-line IT support for more than 150 users across Salesforce, cloud telephony, business texting, and related tools. Resolve tickets, manage user accounts and permissions, troubleshoot calling and voicemail issues, administer phone numbers and texting users, process call-recording deletion requests, correct flagged records, and escalate complex issues with investigation completed. The role requires independent prioritization, strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and reliable availability during scheduled Central Time hours.

Supports new sales representatives through training and certification by answering questions, reviewing simulated sales calls, providing actionable coaching, assigning targeted training, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and escalating performance or compliance concerns. Partners with Quality & Compliance leadership to identify trainee trends and improve the training experience while maintaining sales quality and process standards.
