Lead nursing operations for an ambulatory surgery center, overseeing Pre-Op and PACU, coordinating patient care from admission to discharge, managing quality, compliance, staff development, and daily operational responsibilities including safety and resource management.

Provide overnight post-anesthesia nursing care: monitor vitals and airways, manage pain and medications, assess and document patient recovery in the EHR, collaborate with the surgical team, and educate and support patients and families.

Provide post-anesthesia care for spine, orthopedic, and pain management patients: monitor vitals and airways, manage pain, administer medications, document care in EHR, collaborate with surgical team, and educate/support patients and families.
