The Senior Staff Accountant manages general ledger administration, account reconciliations, financial close support, regulatory compliance filings, cost accounting, fixed assets, tax accounting, and audit support. The role prepares financial reports, expense and credit card reports, property tax returns, Census Bureau surveys, and per diem payments. It also supports accounts payable and receivable functions, resolves accounting discrepancies, and contributes to special projects while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Drives continuous improvement across machining and manufacturing operations by improving processes, tooling, fixturing, routings, layouts, and production methods. Performs cost analysis, monitors KPIs, resolves production issues, supports machinists, collaborates on design for manufacturability, and partners with engineering, quality, purchasing, vendors, and production teams to reduce costs and lead times while maintaining quality.

Design and draft industrial pipe and tube machining/welding tools and machinery using SolidWorks and ASME Y14.5M standards. Produce manufacturing/assembly drawings, tolerance analysis, BOMs in NetSuite, and specify materials, coatings, and manufacturing processes. Design electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Manage medium-to-large projects with high independence, support proposals and cost/risk analyses, and build/assemble/test prototypes in an R&D shop.

Lead industrial design of pipe and tube machining tools from concept through production. Apply ergonomics, sketching, 3D modeling, prototyping, and validation. Collaborate with mechanical engineers and manufacturing, produce ASME Y14.5M drawings in SolidWorks, manage projects, maintain BOMs in NetSuite, perform user research, and support proposals and testing in an R&D shop.
