Handles ACH, debit card, and merchant dispute claims under Regulation E and Visa rules. Interviews customers, researches transactions, processes chargebacks, documents evidence, communicates resolutions, identifies fraud trends, and escalates suspected elder financial abuse or account risk. Provides branch and department support while maintaining compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.

Analyzes commercial loan applications and assigned credits through financial statement spreading, tax return analysis, covenant monitoring, credit reviews, and risk assessment. Prepares underwriting forms, reports, renewal packages, and problem loan reports; monitors delinquencies and compliance requirements; coordinates with relationship managers, appraisers, and escrow companies; and supports commercial underwriters with accurate, timely credit processing and reporting.

Supports business banking and commercial loan portfolios by collecting documentation, reviewing legal and credit materials, coordinating underwriting and loan closings, processing payments and advances, maintaining deposit relationships, and responding to customer requests. Ensures compliance with loan covenants, bank policies, and applicable laws while collaborating with bankers, underwriters, loan originations, branches, and clients.
