Handles ACH, debit card, and merchant dispute claims under Regulation E and Visa rules. Analyzes commercial loan applications and assigned credits through financial statement spreading, tax return analysis, covenant monitoring, credit reviews, and risk assessment. Prepares underwriting forms, reports, renewal packages, and problem loan reports; monitors delinquencies and compliance requirements; coordinates with relationship managers, appraisers, and escrow companies; and supports commercial underwriters with accurate, timely credit processing and reporting.
