Manage and grow assigned commercial loan portfolios by underwriting, monitoring credit risk, and collaborating with relationship managers. Conduct reviews, financial analysis, covenant management, and cross-sell bank products to maximize portfolio profitability and retention. Support customer relationships and periodic travel across the bank footprint.

Serves as the liaison between outside counsel and internal banking stakeholders for complex commercial loan documentation. Reviews, prepares, and revises loan documents; ensures compliance with approved credit terms, bank policies, statutes, regulations, and legal requirements. Coordinates counsel engagements, conflict checks, transaction progress, loan-team communications, and document boarding. Identifies transaction risks, recommends structural changes, updates lending forms and procedures, and supports documentation teams, lenders, credit, compliance, and legal departments.
