Provides front-office registration and discharge scheduling support in a cardiology practice. Verifies patient demographic and insurance information, scans documents, explains financial policies, collects payments, reconciles deposits, schedules testing and follow-up appointments, processes referrals and authorizations, creates patient charts, provides appointment instructions, and manages scheduling task queues. Requires strong customer service, communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Provides pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and surgical procedures in an ambulatory surgery center. Responsibilities include patient assessment, conscious sedation, hemodynamic monitoring, pain management, documentation, patient transport, education, procedural-room supervision, and maintaining supplies and equipment. Coordinates care with physicians and ASC staff while ensuring compliance with clinical, safety, and accreditation standards.
