Support the IT team with basic tasks such as troubleshooting, maintaining hardware and software, assisting users, and learning IT systems and procedures.

Support and administer the NetSuite ERP: configure roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports; assist integrations, data migrations, user support and training; maintain data integrity, build dashboards, collaborate on process improvements, test customizations, monitor upgrades, and document configurations.

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform (primarily ITSM), configure Incident/Problem/Change, Service Catalog, workflows, and access controls. Build flows, business rules, client scripts, and support REST/SOAP integrations. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve processes, support releases/patches, and develop dashboards and reports to monitor SLA and operational metrics.
