Lead and scale an 80–150+ person engineering organization spanning Big Data, data fusion, AI, geospatial intelligence and OSINT. Own technical strategy, architecture, execution quality and engineering culture while developing engineering leaders. Partner closely with Product and Applied Research to convert prototypes into scalable products, drive innovation, improve reliability and delivery, and align engineering with customer and business outcomes.

Lead and scale TRG’s engineering organization across Big Data, data fusion, AI, geospatial intelligence and OSINT. Own technical direction, architecture, execution standards and engineering culture while developing engineering managers and technical leaders. Partner with Product, Applied Research and executives to turn research and prototypes into scalable products. The role emphasizes innovation, product thinking, distributed systems, organizational growth, engineering productivity and maintaining startup speed while improving accountability, reliability and delivery.

Acts as an intelligence subject-matter expert supporting pre-sales activities. Translates customer investigative needs into technology solution architectures, value propositions, operational scenarios, demonstrations, and proofs of concept. Presents intelligence solutions to customers, supports commercial discussions, collaborates with Product and R&D, and contributes to solution methodologies. Requires experience in intelligence investigations, law enforcement, military, intelligence agencies, or related investigative environments, plus strong analytical, research, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
