Manages and mentors a payroll team while partnering with HR, Finance, vendors, and IT. Oversees HRIS administration, data integrity, system enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting. Leads workforce analytics and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, compensation, demographics, and planning insights.
