Teams at Trexquant Investment

Conduct quantitative research for systematic investment strategies by exploring financial datasets, implementing machine learning and academic research, engineering predictive features, and applying models to alpha discovery and portfolio construction. The internship is full-time and on-site in Beijing from July through September 2027, with potential conversion to a full-time role.

Manage accounts payable, invoices, reimbursements, travel bookings, books and records, monthly close, intercompany allocations, and internal controls. Provide backup Middle Office and Controller coverage through P&L and position reconciliations and NAV reviews. Improve accounting workflows and documentation while developing expertise in fund accounting, NAV mechanics, and financial services operations.

Provides senior legal counsel to executives and management on corporate strategy, governance, transactions, technology, employment, immigration, trade, commercial, intellectual property, and cross-border matters. Leads legal resources, coordinates external counsel, supports negotiations and risk decisions, and mentors legal and management teams across U.S. and global operations.
