Provide day-to-day legal counsel on investment and trading matters, regulatory obligations, and risk management. Lead policy development, advise cross-functional teams (Compliance, Technology, Finance, IR), support counterparty and ISDA agreements, manage fund board governance, assist internal investigations, and respond to regulatory inquiries. Mentor staff and participate in product and business development to mitigate legal and operational risk.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage recruitment processes, develop sourcing strategies, maintain recruitment channels, and engage in campus recruitment activities to attract top talent in a competitive market.

Build and scale analytics, market data, backtesting, risk, PnL, and tooling infrastructure for multi-asset systematic trading. Productionize research models, optimize performance, and deliver researcher/trader-facing GUIs and visualization tools.
