Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, BOMs, tooling, routings, and work instructions. Lead manufacturability reviews, root cause analysis, ECO/ECR processing, NPI support, and continuous improvement in a cable and harness assembly environment.

Lead and support a wire-harness production team performing precision soldering and assembly of RF and fiber optic cable assemblies. Monitor productivity, enforce procedures, perform in-process inspections, train new hires, resolve production/quality issues, and pursue continuous improvement to meet customer and company standards.

Part-time (3 days/week) HR Manager on maternity cover delivering strategic and operational HR across a manufacturing business: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, HR operations/HRIS, payroll support, reward and benefits, absence management, compliance with UK employment law and GDPR, and partnership with leaders to drive engagement and organisational development.
