Leads the Quality function across two aerospace manufacturing business units. Maintains the AS9100-compliant QMS, oversees inspections, audits, NCRs, RMAs, FAIs, supplier and customer quality, and corrective actions. Manages and develops quality personnel, tracks quality KPIs, reduces defects and rework, and drives continuous improvement in partnership with Engineering and Production. Ensures compliance with customer, regulatory, and export-control requirements.

Designs and improves electrical connector products through CAD modeling, prototyping, testing, design for manufacturability, and new product introduction. Creates drawings, BOMs, routings, costing analyses, and product structures in the MRP system. Collaborates with engineering, production, quality, procurement, sales, and customers. Conducts design reviews, risk assessments, failure analysis, corrective actions, and quality improvements while ensuring compliance with specifications, regulations, and manufacturing standards.

Responsible for wire preparation, insulation removal, and pin crimping in a cable manufacturing environment, ensuring electrical integrity and customer satisfaction.
