Provide onsite HR administrative support for two manufacturing sites, handling talent acquisition, onboarding, HRIS administration, payroll and benefits assistance, leaves of absence, safety and workers' compensation intake, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and site-level employee relations and training support.

Provide functional and technical Epicor ERP support across the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, testing, data migration, training, go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for manufacturing operations, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

Lead aerospace quality activities ensuring compliance with AS9100/ISO standards, drive root-cause investigations using 8D/5-Why, approve FAIs, manage audits, mentor staff, troubleshoot automated test equipment, and enforce product integrity across manufacturing and supplier operations.
