Manages end-to-end logistics and project execution for donor events, community activations, campaigns, conferences, and supporter engagement initiatives. Coordinates vendors, venues, budgets, timelines, RSVPs, communications, VIP preparedness, event data, and post-event stewardship. Supports decentralized event models and cross-functional advancement projects while maintaining Salesforce records and using Asana and Google Workspace for collaboration. Requires discretion with confidential donor information and occasional evening or weekend availability.

Optimizes workforce scheduling, forecasting, intraday monitoring, adherence, PTO and shift bidding for crisis intervention teams in the US and Mexico. Analyzes contact-center data, volume trends, staffing effectiveness, and scheduling scenarios; produces reports and recommendations; manages staffing adjustments during fluctuations; partners with leadership and training teams; updates procedures; and mentors workforce management staff. Requires flexibility for weekend and evening coverage and bilingual English-Spanish communication.

Lead centralized procurement for a $30M addressable spend and ~150 vendors. Build category strategies, enforce procurement policy and CLM, drive cost savings, manage supplier relationships, and report to executive leadership while coaching a Procurement Manager.

Senior executive leading People strategy for a national, remote nonprofit. Build scalable HR infrastructure, lead People team, manage labor relations with a union, embed DEIB across the employee lifecycle, restore HR operations (payroll, rewards, leave), and partner with executive leaders to drive organizational change and workforce planning.
