Operate a cargo van safely, protect confidential information, report incidents, maintain vehicle condition, and provide dependable professional service. The role requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background investigation, and federal security credentials.

Oversee custodial and grounds maintenance contracts across Southeastern New Mexico. Responsibilities include supervising and developing teams, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating clients and subcontractors, ensuring OSHA and regulatory compliance, maintaining service quality, supporting recruitment, and performing operational tasks when needed. The role requires regional travel, contract management expertise, leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and completion of background, fingerprinting, and federal security screening processes.
