Own and grow Trepp’s largest strategic accounts across banking, capital markets, and commercial real estate. Develop multi-year account plans, negotiate complex enterprise agreements, drive renewals and expansion, manage escalations and churn risk, and provide executive-level business reviews. Partner with Sales, Product, Data, and Support teams to influence product roadmaps and deliver client value. Mentor Account Managers, represent Trepp at industry events, and maintain expertise in CMBS, CRE, and structured finance markets.

Analyzes product usage, client behavior, and performance metrics for lending products; builds dashboards and reports; supports requirements, user stories, market research, data validation, documentation, and roadmap tracking. Collaborates with product managers, engineers, and client-facing teams to translate data and feedback into product decisions.
