Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers through scalable, digital-first engagement. Design outreach programs, in-app notifications, webinars, and AI activation strategies to increase product adoption. Use customer data, triggers, and CRM automations to identify engagement or expansion opportunities, while providing personalized support when needed.
