Build end-to-end product features for an AI-driven virtual commissioning Integration Suite using a modern stack and 3D simulation. Own the virtual commissioning experience, bridge product and runtime to improve deployment reliability, work directly with customers and cross-functional teams, and take features from idea to production.

Lead design and delivery of motion planning and real-time control for robot manipulators. Implement trajectory optimization, online replanning, sensor-guided closed-loop execution, safety constraint frameworks, and hardware-in-the-loop testing across multiple robot platforms. Collaborate with perception and AI teams to bridge learned behaviors and classical control for production deployments.

Integrate sensors, cameras, peripherals, and control systems into robotic workflows. Develop drivers and interfaces, calibrate vision systems, set up robot workcells, validate software, review scripts, troubleshoot integrations, and produce technical documentation and support.

Serve as the technical bridge between Trener and Southern European manufacturers: lead technical sales, assess production environments, design end-to-end robotic automation solutions, support deployments, train channel partners, and feed market insights to product and R&D teams to drive adoption and customer success.

Build and manage a partner ecosystem across the U.S. East Coast by recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and co-selling with systems integrators, distributors, and resellers to drive partner-led revenue and embed Trener's AI robotics platform in manufacturing environments.

Drive technical sales by delivering product demonstrations, designing custom robotic automation solutions, building ROI analyses, and supporting the full B2B sales cycle. Engage integrator partners and customers, develop proposals and pilots, coordinate handoffs to delivery teams, and provide pre-sales technical support while representing the company at trade shows.

Identify and engage enterprise manufacturing accounts to generate qualified opportunities, surface recurring automation pain points, and inform product roadmap. Conduct outbound prospecting, qualify challenges, schedule discovery and facility visits, partner with application engineers to define technical proofs, maintain CRM pipeline data, and share market intelligence with sales, product, and engineering teams.
