Lead Trendyol Luxe’s end-to-end brand communication strategy, positioning, and 360-degree campaigns. Manage ATL and BTL media planning, agency relationships, creative operations, visual and content quality across digital platforms, and cross-functional execution across media, influencer, CRM, product, and marketplace teams. Analyze market trends, competitors, and campaign performance to develop strategic plans and post-campaign reports while coordinating contracts, payments, timelines, and deliverables.

Drives organizational development and design initiatives, including performance management, talent development, career development, employee experience, and end-to-end HR process improvement. Partners with HRIS and technology teams to define requirements, design workflows, support system enhancements, analyze HR data, and manage cross-functional projects through implementation. The role emphasizes scalable frameworks, continuous improvement, systems thinking, and data-driven decision-making in a global, fast-paced organization.

Manages merchant and corporate customer onboarding, gift card order fulfillment, post-sales requests, invoicing, payment reconciliation, fraud controls, SLA monitoring, reporting, and process improvements. Collaborates with Account Management, Finance, Compliance, Product, and Technology teams to ensure efficient commercial operations and customer service delivery.
