Design and run quality frameworks and training for seller-facing teams: create scorecards, run calibrations, identify training gaps, build learning content and certification paths, manage training projects end-to-end, and use data-driven insights and modern tooling (AI/RPA/LMS) to continuously improve support performance.

Support seller onboarding and listing management, monitor daily sales and supply chain (deliveries & returns), assist selection expansion, generate performance insights and weekly feedback, and apply basic data analytics to improve seller operations.
