Supports the design, documentation, analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electro-hydraulic control equipment for topside and subsea environments. Prepares schematics, layouts, bills of materials, drawings, models, calculations, and test requirements. Collaborates with mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, quality, and project teams while following industry standards and company procedures. May perform supervised engineering work at customer sites or offshore locations.

Leads engineering design and technical support for subsea capping stacks, connectors, rental equipment, and aftermarket assets. Performs FEA and structural, lifting, pressure, and hydraulic analyses; creates 3D models and manufacturing drawings; develops specifications, testing requirements, manuals, and procedures. Supports equipment assembly, testing, repair, maintenance, field operations, and client needs. Coordinates with project managers, technicians, third-party companies, and internal departments while improving product performance, reliability, and processes.

Leads the full lifecycle of complex subsea equipment projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, forecasting, and closure. Manages budgets, contracts, resources, customer relationships, project milestones, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring safety and quality compliance. The role requires hands-on knowledge of subsea intervention systems, offshore operations, subsea hardware, and life-of-field projects, with responsibility for delivering work on schedule and within budget.
