Senior Solutions Engineer acts as a technical sales expert supporting account teams: qualifying requirements, delivering demos and POCs, producing solution proposals and RFI/RFP responses, leading technical proofs-of-concept, maintaining product expertise (cloud and on-prem security), mentoring SEs, and supporting customer engagements and enablement.

Lead database design and management in cloud environments, build and maintain data pipelines, implement CI/CD and GitOps workflows, monitor SLAs, manage cloud costs, collaborate with DevOps, support engineering and support teams, and evaluate managed vs. self-hosted solutions.

Create and maintain customer-facing and internal technical support documentation (KB articles, troubleshooting guides, SOPs). Collaborate with support, product, and QA to ensure accuracy, improve findability in the CMS, track documentation KPIs, and update content based on ticket trends and feedback.
