Develops and maintains automated manufacturing test systems, software, fixtures, interfaces, and test infrastructure for wireless communications products. Partners with engineering and contract manufacturers on design for testability, NPI launches, production deployment, troubleshooting, data analysis, root cause investigation, and continuous improvement. The role supports RF test equipment integration, test coverage, yield, cycle time, documentation, equipment calibration, training, and ISO 9001 compliance. Travel is approximately 15%.

Supports customers deploying tactical radios, waveforms, and communications systems. Responsibilities include technical requirements meetings, system architecture, network planning, customer demonstrations, field support, system design and testing, contract execution, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and advocating customer needs across engineering and product teams. The role requires expertise in wireless communications, military systems, networking, RF testing, embedded security, unmanned systems, and contested communications environments, with up to 25% domestic and international travel.

Support execution of marketing initiatives including trade shows, events, collateral, swag, and PR. Coordinate logistics, budgets, lead tracking (Salesforce), WordPress updates, and cross-functional collaboration.
