Designs, develops, validates, and maintains rugged mechanical and electromechanical components for tactical radios and communications equipment. Responsibilities include SolidWorks CAD, thermal modeling, enclosure sealing, GD&T documentation, prototyping, fixtures, manufacturing support, tolerance analysis, and mechanical system requirements. The role collaborates cross-functionally through product development and production while evaluating materials, processes, and design improvements.

Lead end-to-end systems engineering for tactical radio products, including requirements definition, architecture, subsystem integration, verification, validation, debugging, manufacturing test, and post-release support. Collaborate across hardware, software, FPGA, DSP, manufacturing, product management, and business development teams. Provide technical customer support, product demonstrations, proposal assistance, technical presentations, and mentoring while serving as a communications systems subject matter expert.

Supports cybersecurity governance and compliance across cloud and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include maintaining policies, validating security controls and vulnerability findings, preparing audit evidence, tracking remediation, conducting risk assessments, supporting access governance, and communicating security posture to leadership. The role also supports CMMC readiness, security awareness, incident documentation, and coordination with IT, Engineering, Program Management, and security leadership. An active Secret clearance must be obtained and maintained.
