Manage a 134-unit income-restricted apartment community: collect rent, supervise staff, handle leasing from tours to move-in, process subsidy certifications, coordinate service providers, and maintain a safe, clean environment for residents including long-term homeless and disabled populations.

Manage two Minneapolis apartment communities (144 units) overseeing rent collection, staff supervision, leasing, subsidy certification paperwork (Section 8/Tax Credit), and property upkeep. Work with service providers and support diverse residents including long-term homeless and disabled clients. Strong customer service and administrative skills required; Yardi and Rent Cafe experience and Somali bilingualism preferred.
