Own the post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of healthcare accounts, including onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Lead business reviews, success planning, renewal negotiations, forecasting, and risk mitigation. Use customer data, usage trends, and sentiment indicators to drive measurable outcomes, ROI, and product value.
