Own Trek Travel’s website, guest portal, booking flows, CRM, analytics, email infrastructure, and internal digital tools. Establish the product operating model, manage roadmaps and delivery across internal teams and agency partners, write PRDs and technical specifications, coordinate marketing campaigns, and monitor conversion and funnel performance. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, guest services, and operations, with practical use of AI to improve product workflows.

Leads Trek Travel’s technology team and enterprise technology strategy. Responsibilities include developing the technology roadmap, managing IT, ecommerce, and software development teams, overseeing ERP, CRM, booking, financial, and Microsoft Power Platform integrations, and establishing AI governance. The role owns reporting data, information security, compliance, vendor relationships, budget, incident response, disaster recovery, and company-wide technology initiatives. It requires a hands-on technology leader with broad experience across architecture, development, infrastructure, data, security, and business systems.
