The role also assists with staff recruitment, training, supervision, performance management, and resident issue resolution while ensuring adherence to Fair Housing regulations, federal housing guidelines, and company standards.

Manages the financial, physical, compliance, and daily operations of a 123-unit affordable housing community. Supervises on-site staff, coordinates maintenance and inspections, supports leasing and resident relations, manages budgets and cash flow, oversees rent increases and legal proceedings, and ensures compliance with housing, funding, fair housing, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role also maintains resident and vendor files, incident reports, energy plans, and property standards.

Oversee an affordable-housing portfolio in the Pittsburgh region, leading site teams and managing occupancy, collections, compliance, maintenance, resident satisfaction, budgets, and financial performance. Ensure HUD, LIHTC, and organizational policy compliance; conduct property inspections; coordinate capital improvements; resolve escalated resident and site issues; manage emergencies and on-call responsibilities; and collaborate with internal departments, agencies, vendors, and owners. Develop staff through coaching, training, performance management, and accountability while preparing operational and financial reports.
