Performs Quality of Earnings and financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions. Responsibilities include assessing EBITDA sustainability, assets, working capital, and transaction risks; building three-statement and LBO models; supporting LOI analysis, deal structuring, diligence, and integration; managing data rooms; coordinating advisors; preparing forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and stakeholder reports; and conducting market research and valuation benchmarking.

The AI Solutions Manager leads client engagements focused on AI and automation, managing project lifecycles, optimizing internal processes, and integrating AI tools. They also provide training and performance monitoring.

Lead month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and management reporting. Manage GST/HST filings, payroll remittances, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, DEXT receipt workflows, and maintain QuickBooks Online integration with Karbon. Support year-end audits, implement process improvements, and provide ad hoc financial analysis.
