Performs bookkeeping for public and private clients, maintains audit working papers and organized financial records, handles foreign currency transactions, prepares GST and PST filings, and supports administrative tasks. The role is designed for recent graduates pursuing the CPA designation and includes client interaction, deadline-driven accounting work, and exposure to varied industries and accounting software.

Own full-cycle accounting and month-end close for a portfolio of private-company clients. Prepare management reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash-flow models, dashboards, and KPI analysis. Build scalable accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls; lead ERP implementations and process improvements; oversee payroll, tax, and regulatory filings; and support year-end audits and external advisors. Serve as a trusted financial advisor to owners and leadership teams across multiple industries.

Manages corporate treasury and cash management functions for multiple clients, including payment processing, banking access, cash transaction verification, reconciliations, controls, policies, wire instructions, and bank account administration. Performs bookkeeping, invoice and statement organization, foreign exchange transactions, and GST/PST filings. Builds client relationships, investigates discrepancies, supports reporting, and prioritizes competing requests. The role requires at least three years of cash management experience and offers CPA development support.
