Lead global pharmacovigilance operations and strategy, overseeing internal and vendor safety activities, signal detection, risk management, aggregate safety reporting, regulatory submissions support, inspection readiness, SOPs and quality compliance, and cross-functional safety governance from early development through commercialization.

Lead design and execution of biochemical assays to support small-molecule drug discovery. Develop and validate enzymatic and binding assays (FP, TR-FRET, AlphaLISA, DSF), analyze data, characterize mechanism of inhibition, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive hit identification, hit-to-lead, and lead optimization. Provide scientific leadership and mentorship.

The VP of Quality oversees strategic and operational Quality functions across drug development, ensuring compliance and managing quality systems, audits, and inspections. They lead cross-functional collaborations and maintain quality standards throughout manufacturing and clinical operations.

Lead statistical strategy and execution for early-phase (Phase I/II) oncology trials, including trial design, dose-finding modeling (e.g., BOIN), statistical analyses, SAP authoring, CDISC-compliant data mapping, CRO oversight, IND submission support, and creation of dynamic visualizations and reports for stakeholders.

The Head of Biometrics will lead biostatistics and statistical programming for clinical development, ensuring rigorous data analysis and compliance. Responsibilities include statistical strategy, clinical trial design, and management of biometrics teams and external partners, while collaborating with various organizational teams for data-driven strategies.
