Provide multilingual customer and salon-partner support through phone, email, and live chat. Resolve issues, maintain satisfaction scores, document interactions in Salesforce, Aircall, and Slack, and manage high inquiry volumes. Advise salon partners on growing their businesses while supporting Spanish and Portuguese markets. This full-time hybrid role requires rotating availability Monday through Saturday and occasional travel to the Madrid office.

Build, QA, localize, and deploy multi-market CRM campaigns in Braze across email, push, in-app, and content cards. Manage reactive communications and key commercial moments, coordinate creative and translations, perform A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, and optimize targeting, frequency, relevance, and conversion across 14 markets.

Execute B2B CRM campaigns across SaaS products, including product launches, reactive requests, lifecycle engagement, and retention initiatives. Build campaigns end to end, adapt content across markets and languages, use data to optimize targeting and performance, and coordinate with Product, Sales, Customer, and Supply teams to deliver campaigns on schedule.
