Teams at Treatwell

Qualify inbound leads, run web demos, consult on Treatwell packages, negotiate and sign new salon partners, onboard and support adoption, upsell/cross-sell to maximize revenue, record activity in CRM, and meet monthly sales targets while collecting partner feedback.

Build and own end-to-end payments and financial systems for salon partners: reconciliation, invoicing, transaction history, pay-ins/payouts, and internal tooling. Work across backend (Java/Spring Boot) and frontend (React/TypeScript), ensure platform reliability, support ops/compliance teams, and drive data-informed experiments.

As a Website & Content Design Intern, you will create websites from briefs, support design decisions, optimize content for SEO, and communicate with partners.
