Acquire and onboard new salon partners across Dublin by prospecting, conducting product demos, consulting on software packages, closing sales, meeting monthly targets, recording CRM activity, and collecting partner feedback to improve the product. The role requires high-volume face-to-face sales experience, 360-degree sales capability, proactive ownership, ambition, and collaboration with sales, marketing, analytics, and training teams.

Build, QA, localize, and deploy multi-market CRM campaigns in Braze across email, push, in-app, and content cards. Manage reactive communications and key commercial moments, coordinate creative and translations, perform A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, and optimize targeting, frequency, relevance, and conversion across 14 markets.

Qualify inbound leads, educate salon partners, conduct software demonstrations, recommend packages, close new business, and meet monthly sales targets. The role includes upselling, onboarding, early customer adoption support, CRM activity tracking, and gathering product feedback. Candidates need proven sales experience, strong English communication, fluent Vietnamese, resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
