Lead Treatwell Greece’s sales team and execute local acquisition strategy. Manage, motivate, train, hire, and onboard field, inbound, and outbound sales professionals. Drive salon acquisition, conversion, and growth targets while optimizing partner acquisition processes. Monitor performance, conduct sales meetings, identify development needs, and use market, competition, and CRM data to guide strategic decisions.

Build an API-first automation framework and expand UI coverage for critical web and mobile flows. Lead exploratory testing, monitor releases, track QA metrics, identify product risks, and drive continuous improvement. Mentor QA colleagues and collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to establish shared ownership of quality, improve unit testing, and strengthen release confidence.

Own and grow the UK and Ireland partner portfolio, identify and close new partnership opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and manage launches from signature through implementation. The role coordinates Supply, Marketing, and Product teams, establishes success measures, tracks performance, manages risks, and serves as the primary external and internal contact for partnership activity.
