Support underwriting team with submission intake, data entry, rating worksheets, policy issuance, endorsements, and agent communication. Maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of quotes, bindings, and welcome materials while using Excel and policy administration tools.

Perform daily accounting tasks, process general ledger transactions, maintain reconciliations and accounting archives, support month-end close and audits, communicate with vendors/customers, validate reporting tools, and collaborate with the accounting team on projects and SOX compliance.

Manage and execute regulatory insurance data filings (ISO, ISS, NCCI, state bureaus). Maintain reporting schedules, validate and reconcile data to Annual Statement and General Ledger, collaborate with Finance, Underwriting, and IT, develop validations and controls, correct errors, and communicate status and impacts to stakeholders.
